So that Motion Dance Company comply with the GDPR regulations I need to make clear why I ask you to fill out a Pupil Information Form for your child and how I store this information.
I only ask for the information that is vital and nothing more.......
Email Address - so I can inform you of fees owing, events within Motion and class information. We do not use your email address for marketing.
Health Issues - so I can create a safe environment for your child and understand if your child needs medical attention in an emergency.
Telephone Number - this is transferred from the Information Form and onto the class register so I have it to hand if I need to contact you about your child.
Address - if I need to post anything to you.
All this information is stored in my office and used by me only, no-one else has access to this information and I don't share it with any 3rd party. The only time we do pass on your details is when your child is entered for an exam with the AAD, again this is only the information that is needed for exam purposes. If the information you have given me is out of date, ie you have moved house, changed your phone number or email address it is important that you fill out a new form. If you are unsure you may request to see your form to double check.
If you leave Motion Dance I do not keep your information, the form is shredded and you will be deleted from my contacts. The only way that you will hear from me again is if you get in touch with me.
